choosing the date on which outlook receives your message?

hi i was wondering:

when you send an email to someone

can you change the date on when it's received by the other end?

like, i want it to say someone received it in 1960.

I thank you in advance for your reply!

If you can it's not an officially announced feature, as it could easily be used with ill intent. Actually, I doubt they'd incorporate a feature like that; nor would any other serious email client.
