Here are some more tutorials:

Feng Zhu - Concept Artist
Great site of yea... a concept artist, explaining how he works, and with some great tutorials. The tutorials aren't easy to find, this site is more like 60% display and 40% tutorial, but trust me, it's useful.

Niko's Art Tutorial
A tutorial on Drawing & CG'ing in Photoshop. The steps are easy to follow, and it's got a great lay-out.

Photoshop CG Tutorial
Great tutorial ^_^. It tells you how to draw manga from scratch in your photshop, and then how to CG it into a photorealistic piece of art.

I have one up at big-big-truck.com/tutorial/ , but it's kinda old and stupid...
Also a method I don't use any more.

There is some nudity on the first page (I used some photos of bodybuilders for anatomy references.)

That's a tutorial from Indy Comics creator Jessica Abel that I found to be most helpful for those of you who want to make comics. It gives tips on what supplies you should use, how you might want to make them, and how to sell them if you feel that ambitious.

I'm also working on a tutorial myself on how to draw manga that is in yep you guessed it, comic form ^_^
