Renting works very well for me as I have severel places within walking distance of my house. Rather convenient.

I've been trying to think what the first DVD was... I think it was Urusei Yatsura Movie 2: Beautiful Dreamer... My first VHS tape I bought was a used Project A-Ko, and my first LaserDisc (yes, the big LaserDisc), was Bubblegum Crisis (original, way before 2040).

hi everyone...

i bought my first two animes a month ago in pakistan..

1. Spirited Away ... it has to be the best movie i have ever seen. i cant wait to get more movies by miyazaki.... his movies are the best.

2. Yugioh the movie... hehe i couldntr resist... after yugioh is what made me into an anime fan
