Just a tip ^_^ ---> Follow eva2000

Hey, I don't really know how or when I stumbled upon this hosting site, but I know it was eva2000 who referred this site .

Venturesonline.com kicks ass!

It's got the cheapest packages you can get (although you can spend more if you like ), and their support is amazing. If you have a big problem like server failure, it can be fixed within 20 minutes, and when I emailed them, I got an answer in a few hours.

Best of all is their [http://www.venturesonline.com/forums]forums[/url]. About 1000 members, and most of them are very experienced in html, scripting, site-management, web design... Stuff like that.

I'm gonna buy a package there within 2 months, and this is what I'll get:
  • 100 MB Webspace
  • 7500 MB Bandwidth
  • PHP/CGI-BIN support
  • 3 MySQL Databases
  • SSI Support
  • Real/Audio Video support
  • 50 POP email-adresses
  • Extra email-features like: forwarding, aliases and auto-responders
  • 1 domain (optional)
  • 5 sub-domains

And more goodies where that came from ^_^.

This is the V100 package, and it'll only cost me $14 a month .

w000000000t!

I just can't wait to be the owner of this package .

Just wanted to share this information, hehe.

I agree wholeheartedly.

I have 3 different virtual hosts running on Ventures Online, and have had no real problems other than slow domain-registration times when I first signed up.

My largest site has 1800 forum members, along with massive page views on the technical articles, and runs along without a hitch. They have even "let it slide" before when I've been slightly over the bandwidth limits.

Sounds interesting... But I never really trust the word 'unlimeted', I just don't believe it can be true . Of course, you mght be able to use 700 emailaddresses, 35 subdomains and things like that, but there will be a day when your host will mail/write you saying: "you're using wayyyyy too much resourses, get the **** out!" Or, if they really are no-bullshitting you concerning this, they are silently hoping that not too many of their uses plan to use their 'unlimeted' resources.

But besides that, it sounds cool . This package has got less bandwidth, but I guess it can be upgraded.

How about support, downtime and speed? I know VO is top-notch in that particular area, that's the main reason I'm prolly gonna sign up with them.

Thanks for the tip anyway, I'll check this site out right now . (Always open for new suggestions)

lol
u can have unlim pops and subs
just not space or bandwidth
there is no such thing
unlim pops and subs and mysql databases only effect bandwidth (only if over 500mb per month and subs dont effect anything).. you can create however many you want but since bandwidth isnt unlimited.. you should watch out how many you actually create ^^

Ooo and ive create a couple of pops and subs and mysql databases and they dont care as long as you stay within space and bandwidth ^^

Oh, for speed wise and uptime, its been great. Infodoma has a AT&T has a OC-192 / OC-48 Fibre backbone and from what ive found out, it seems pretty good ^^.

Sounds like a plan! I think it's just as good as VO, so I'll just look at the prizes and compare whatever you get with it ^_^.

VO is a bit cheaper, the $13.95 package is the same as yours, but with 1500 MB more bandwidth.
ID has got unlimeted subs, pops and webmail... (nice for emailservice?)

But I don't think I need more than 5 subs, and I certainly don't need more than 50 pops...

So I'll choose VO ^_^.

BUT... After elaborate consideration .

Thanks Mei, but I'll choose VO after all, sorry
