How can I de-activate my PC with my laptop via network?

Is there a way that I can use my laptop (windows2000/windowsXP) to de-activate my PC (windows2000/windowsXP)...via wire-less LAN?

Is there a prog I can use or does WindowsXP have a built-in option?

also can i control my pc via my laptop?...i know it's possible via net-meeting but can i also do it with windowsXP? (as a built-in service)

it's supposed to be like this:

I activate my pc..
my laptop is conected via network...and i can control my pc...without having to do anything else with my pc

kind regards,
