Anyone own an Alienware?

Does anybody here on these boards own an alienware PC? I just ordered one two weeks ago and have already been pacing my living room so much with excitement I put a hole in the floor. It should be here to kick ass and chew bubble gum in another week, just in time for college.

If any of you do have an Alienware, what do you think of it? Do you enjoy it? Is it the greatest thing for computers since the CRT?

No, I dont own one, but for a computer it sure does kick Gateway and Compaq Presario ass. It has a pretty case and a cute logo. haha. And the fact that they use GeForce make them all the better.

I always build my own PCs. Its reassurance on all the best parts and customized for my needs.

I think you pay for the style...

They look so sweet but the parts are pretty much the same if not more expensive than most other places... I'd buy one if money didn't matter because they have an amazing look but I think there are better places to get PC's...

Besides, you can style up your pc pretty good without paying for it... My CPU is covered in cool stickers... And my keyboard has little happy face stickers over all the keys...

They're hideously overpriced, and you can make a better one by yourself. You'll just have to miss out on paying the extra 2000 dollars for a black case with a little alien head.

I wonder if they sell the cases...

Not me...knowing me(unluckiest human being in the state of maryland) I would've gotten a few defective parts, or accidentally mismatched, or been charged with static when assembling the whole thing....not to mention I hate having to install operating systems.
