This is one thing that I always have to think about when watching a long series. I like watching long series because you get to know and love the characters a lot more than a 13 or 26 episode series. But a long series is such an investment in time and money. I have heard really good things about Inu Yasha and Bleach but I haven't got around to seeing it because I know that they go for 100 plus episode. Which is quite long. Another thing about a long series is that a lot of time episodes can be drawn out. I doubt anything would be drawn out as much as a Dragonball Z fight, but still drawn out. At least with a 26 and more so 13 episode series, you know that your not going to get bored too easily.

Honestly i just download most of my anime these days fansubbing groups have pretty much taken over and even the studios in Japan know it thats why they started subbing Naruto themselves as it is released. So long series i watch a couple like when i first started watching bleach i watched god like 150 episodes on a 3 week stretch!

Smile xenosaga anime

I just finished the xenosaga collection .... 2x! I really like it but it's still lacking in content & graphic arts presentation.

Anyone know if a "re-do" on underway or a sequel? I'd really like a sequel! But with deeper story line content & better cell-plane animation. The 3d cg is ok for ships but I prefer cell-plane for characters; especially the main ones.

Finished watching Air/Air TV I love it and added it to my top favorites. ^^ Currently I'm re-watching Code Geass R2, and watching the series Clannad (just started), Kamichama Karin, and Luck*Star(as soon as I get enough money for a DVD) >.<

I just started watching NG Evangelion supprisingly enough. My friend who introduced me to Bezerk (which was a great watch btw) also had the Eva series. (I knew one of my friends had to have it.)

I've seen there are a lot of crazy discussions in the Eva forum so I want to see what this is all about.

I just started watching Negima, and I'm already addicted to it. I've thought about picking up the manga. I've never gotten into Love Hina the way everyone else had, but I'm enjoying this. I'm not a big fan of straight love stories, but this one blends it with fantastic elements and goofy comedy in a manner that I usually like. Fun, and the dub isn't bad.
