Top 10 anime? Really? Meh, I suppose I shouldn't judge when I only watched 3 episodes...

Anyway, presuming you're in America, the reason you can't find a place to purchase this anime is because it hasn't been released yet. The first disc (with or without box) will be due out on February 10, 2004.

If you're wondering how people have already watched this series since it hasn't been released yet, well, that's simply because they probably watched the fansubs.

Well I can't find the fansubs... And I don't want anime Junkies...

But they are very popular in Japan... And Eclair is rated in the top 10 females of Newtype for the last I can't count polls...

I heard jennwenn say it was one of the most horrible series she ever saw.
I haven't seen it yet and I know its studio gonzo who made it and I haven't seen them do anything bad yet I'll have to check it out maybe.

I send all of out, its starts with the normal MoW episodes, then a little comedy here and there. Afterwards it tries to go into a serious storyline, but it stills just falls downhill in my opinion, I wonder is ranked high because the "fanservice", or animation?

It has a lot of fanservice. When it first came out, there was a lot of complaints about it, and I think you can still find some old threads about it.

It went downhill after the first few episodes, basically going through a whole lot of filler eps with miscellaneous adventures, before recovering for the final story arc. It lacks the quality that many GONZO anime have.

IMO, though, its a pretty good anime and I'm going to test it on my friends to see if it has the same effects as Love Hina.

Basically its way in the future and the "symbolically named" GOTT (Galactic Organisation of Trades and Tariffs) is formed. Whilst this sounds like a tax-collecting agency, it employs agents to settle various political disputes and such.

These agents have their own special powers. Two of these agents (and the focus of the show) are Eclair (the busty female with lipstick) and Lumiere (the underaged lolita in a primary-school-swim-suit-like costume) who has the ability to control computers via a digital link from her fingers.

Together with their trusty bot and the computer-controlled space ship named Biribiribinto (Wirbelwind) they beat up bad people and try to save the galaxy from falling into corruption and such.

Little do they know the conflict that lies within GOTT itself and the alliance with the Nobles will cause the downfall of the organisation and the uncovering of a the shocking past of the pair.
