Rough

It's scary where my mind will go when I let it. I was peeling an orange and I thought, "wow, wouldn't it be cool if oranges bled?" Then a few seconds later I realized how weird that sounded but how cool it would be to illustrate. Unfortunately, I was just experimenting, and it didn't come out quite the way it was supposed to. Oh well. I was trying to get an Illustrator effect in Photoshop, because for some reason Illustrator keeps freezing up on me today.

The second one is kind of a deranged stuffed dino, I guess... Not quite sure. haha I like it though.

This one is pretty rough. I usually tighten things up a bit, but lately I'm trying to be more loose with my painting.

Interesting stuff, I don't know if I would have picked up on the fact that the orange was supposed to be bleeding if you hadn't told me, but it looks damn cool!

Very original, keep up the good work

It's some pretty interesting art, very unique. I don't know why you thought it would be cool if oranges bled though, nobody would ever wanna eat them then

On the first, I would have drawn the knife slicing into the orange, eliciting a stream of red blood that runs down the curved surface of the orange...I think that would have been a more effective way to convey the imagery (and freak people out ^_^)

On the second, LOVE THE DINO. Your cool backlighting always looks great, but you should have drawn the two legs on the other side of the dino too!

Wow, that is so weird. You don't happen to go to Woodbridge highschool do you? Because there was some kid that had drawn something like that on the computer.

Really? Interesting...

Fairybane: I don't know how I missed that! It'll be easy to add in though, I'll get around to that sometime this week...
