Php Help Please!
Hi im new to PHP ive been looking at scripts understanding coding 
except i dont have PHP/PERL does anyone know where i can get a shareware or freeware version it doesnt matter what version as long as its higher then version 1
so please help i really want to learn it
but if i dont have it
