Power Rangers is Japanese

As you can see in stores or animeshops, their Mechs are in Japanese casing... And I've seen a special about Golden Rangers relating to Power Rangers.... and Bandai is japanese.

I thought Power Rangers being Japanese was common knowledge.

Well, it's based on a Japanese show (and I don't beleive they call it Power Rangers there) of the super sentai genre, which is pretty popular in Japan. Saban's versions however (Power Rangers, Beetleborgs, VR Troopers), aren't all that great

I remember watching a power ranger clones where a guy put viruses in computers and guys would sort of digitalize themselves to go fight the monster virus. That was funny!

Once when I was renting an anime video from a local comic shop, they accidentally gave me something called "Bandai Rangers" which was exactly like Power Rangers except... not.

speaking of power rangers, i LOVED that showm i even cried when they wouldnt let me in to see the first movie i followed it and as i grow olderm my appreciation for it lessened, then, this one kid became a power ranger...despicable...and after that, i moved in and tuned into dragonball

You loved that show? Every single episode was five people running to the monster, fighting, big monster, megazord, and then HYA for the finishing move. They also made every single ranger make a goddamn comment for everything.

Red: awesome!
blue: radical!
pink: sweet!
black: slick!
yello: incredible!

and since their faces are covered they always make these huge gestures just to show that they're the one talking. And they're stupid, too, they just sit there while Rita Repulsa sends monster, then another monster, then another monster. Strange that after the 50 billionth Angel Grove building is destroyed they don't figure that they need to attack Rita to stop.

Sorta like the Supreme Kai. "BUU HAS TO BE STOPPED!!! SO I'LL... JUST STAND HERE." "Rita has to be stopped!!! So we'll just wait here and let Rita attack, and in each one of our fights blow up fifty buildings." And why the hell do they fight hand to hand? HELLO, just get into the zords to stomp on them, hand to hand is so dumb.

I guess I said too much right after someone said they liked PR, but oh well...

i was young back then the only anime ive seen was dragonball and robotech and ranma, and that was like...what? 6-7 years ago? and also, i forgot to add, i was also a big colector of the zords, i had the huge asss white zord once and lord zed's ship. i must also add that i dont like it anymore. i still do catch it when by chance i wake up early on a saturday, but i must say those new series (like time force or something) are SO gay

That show was called "Super Human Samurai Cyber Squad." Tim Curry was in it.
