1. Real Bout High School
When Kusanagi ate the box lunch at the K-Fight

2. Rurouni Kenshin
When Yahiko knee Genei (SP) in the nuts. Any guy who has had this expirence would know that you absolutly cannot scream in the situation, and that just made it ten time's better!

any humor in kenshin with saitou involved makes it 10 times funnier

mine would have to be in DBZ when the fly guys runsaround like hes gonna attack and he runs out of breath and gives up.

also in kenshin when himura runs at hiko and he dodges, saying "im not into guys" (at least the funniest one at the moment)

Oh yeah, Mushroom Samba. I knew there was something about Bebop I wanted to mention. Crap, that was funny. Session #11: Toys in the Attic was great too... the ending sequence with everyone floating around looking dead and the fridge spewing little colorful sparklies as it whirled around... pure genius.

Ranma 1/2 season 3 episode 9 (Am I... Pretty? Ranma's Declaration of Womanhood) has some of the most funny moments in Anime that I can think of...

Kasumi: "Who's this?" (pointing at Soun)
Ranchan: "My dear uncle Tendo."
Kasumi: "And this?" (pointing at Genma)
Ranchan: "Octopus Face."
Kasumi: "And this one?" (pointing at Happosai)
Ranchan: "An Oompa Loompa!"
Kasumi: "She seems perfectly normal."

Ranchan: "It's cruel and it's violent and I won't be a part of it!"
Genma: "It's not violence. It's Art..."

Im with Spike 558 on the kenshin but nothing beats the event in Trigun when Vash pops that woman with the hypnotic eye shirt buttons off and she never saw it comming!
