Questions on DBZ movies

I noticed that there were a bunch of DBZ animated movies and I was wondering:

1.Do they fit into continuity?

2.Are they suppose to be viewed in a certain order (before one saga or after another?)? If so, could you list the order in which they are suppose to be shown? I've only seen a couple of the sagas so please don't use spoilers in your replies.

3. How come Cartoon Network hasn't shown them?

Any helpful feedback is appreciated.

Talking

We kind of cross into that in the movie 12 thread. I think that some movies fit in, but others, like 12, do NOT. Strange.

I mean, the movies kick ass and ----, but they just don't always fit in to a particular part in the actual series.

Which is a good thing, sure it has plot holes and such but you dont really need prior knowledge to enjoy the movie.
