Hmm, out of the stuff I own, Ghost in the Shell and Akira -- I've watched both twice each, once subbed and once dubbed. Other stuff I haven't watched at all yet or have only seen once all the way through though I may have seen part of the series on TV. As for stuff I've just seen on TV, that's harder to figure out. I'm not sure if I've seen anything on TV all the way through more than once either. What's available, if it's not everything, I might have seen a few times for some shows, but I'm not sure which ones.

Escaflowne (over a dozen times)
Esca Movie (10 times)
Lain (6 times)
Bebop (7 times)
Eva. (9 times)

EDIT:

I need to add a few more that I forgot about...

Boogiepop Phantom (I watched it three times just to understand everything and 2 times for enjoyment)... It was brain rape...

Kite (About 9 times. It's a pretty short movie but it's really enjoyable.)

Sailor Moon (I hate to say it but this was the first anime I ever saw... I have probably seen the first 3 seasons 8 times)

Akira (about 5 times)

DBZ (Cartoon network played it all the time)

Ah! My Goddess movie. (Around 6 times)

Yep

Petshop of Horrors, probably. I think I know almost every line in that thing, Japanese and English...... don't ask me why.

Other than that, I think whatever I'm currently watching is what I'm fixated on. Once I get a new anime, I usually watch that over and over again, until I get another new series/movie, and then the older series will go on the shelf and not be looked at again for awhile.

Full Series : Neon Genesis Evangelion
Half Series : Serial Experiments Lain
OVA's : Gunsmith Cats
Movie : Akira

But whenever I buy an anime on DVD, I really try to at least watch it twice. Even if it's a year later. Otherwise I fell that it's a waist of money. Also it helps me come up with unanswered questions

  1. Serial Experiments Lain - sheer necessity in order to get a better understanding of the series
  2. DBZ - back when I had Cartoon Network, I probably saw upwards of 70 episodes over ten times
  3. Neon Genesis Evangelion - partly because I like the show so much and partly because I've had to sit through it while showing/explaining it to friends
  4. Cowboy Bebop - too much fun to put down for long
  5. Akira - to compare the new English dub with the old one
I expect to add BoogiePop Phantom to this list in short order. FLCL and Berserk will be listed once I get all the DVDs.

altough berserk's still my favorite DBZ(the french version) is the thing i've watched the most back on the good old club dorothé every vacation theyd rerun all of the episodes they showed each week + I had to record most of the episodes cause they allways aired it when i was at school. Thx to that I have most of the episodes on tape so I rewatch it almost every 2-3 years now.
