Yeah, it's been awhile though. Almost a year ago actually...can't say I remember too much about it other than the fact it was an okay anime, nothing really ground-breaking or anything. However, I'll be sure to pick up Region 1 release when it comes out.

Same with me, I saw it at an anime club I visited. Nothing really new, but it was interesting. Espcially the Main character's sister and her spell casting with how she outclassed that one cult leader. It was funny as hell.

Also the empire's soldiers, or who ever they were had nice designs to them.

Since it's so very rare to find decent fantasy anime,I was happy Scrapped Princess came out.But unfortunately most people who don't have my love for fantasy think they wasted their time on Scrapped Princess.

Opps I didn't say my opinion in the series.

I enjoyed is alot, I thought that it had alot of great action and fantasy/sci-fi elements. The ending was a little dissapointing, but overall I loved the series.

Mmmm. I haven't seen the end, so don't spoil it for me.

I really liked what I saw of it. There aren't that many good fantasy series out there, as Darklightz said, and Scrapped Princess was a breath of fresh air. The animation was excellent, and the characters were interesting. I'll be picking it up once it starts coming out on dvd, because I want to see where everything ends up.

I've seen it. It's kinda cute. I agree that the ending was a bit lacking.

It also seemed to steal a bit from the classic El Hazard. Kinda like offspring between Slayers and El Hazard actually.

I liked it a whole bunch too and plan on buying it up. Only thing that irked me was the whole memory loss and then regained thing... don't think that's how it works in real life...

but I liked the ending too, the culmination of the moral dilemma thing, that's what I really loved about the series, the conflict of doing what's right, what's best, and what's good, and how humanities very nature is our own foe and hope... good stuff, just hope the voices are good

I thought it was rather amusing, but nothing too clever. I enjoyed El Hazard much much more.

Well, El Hazard is one of those classic epic series. Less than 10 percent of anime series will even come close to that one.

I saw this last year. I am into the fantasy genre so I might be a little biased, but I enjoyed it, some off the episodes seemed a little weak. Overall I thought the plot was very original and the ending was very fitting. This series really took me by surprise, if you are out of other fantasy anime give this a try. I agree its no El Hazard but it can definately hold its own.

I want to see this. I saw it used in a few AMV's and I've been waiting to see it even since. So when Madman decides to release it, I'll be buying it.
