Samurai Anime

I'm guessing this is the right place to post this but anyway I had a question. I'm wanting to rent different samurai anime. Right now on my renting list I have:
Peacemaker
Samurai X ( Trust,Betrayal,Reflection)
Samurai Deeper Kyo
Samurai Champloo

I was wondering if there are any others that I should check out. Thanks

I didn't mind Jubie-Chan. But then again, I really wouldn't call that a Samurai Anime. It's set in Modern Days. Then again Samurai 7 is set in the future.

Its not a recent anime nor was it popular, but I liked the fighting style, only 10 episodes of it were subbed. Don't know if it is licensed in the US or not.
Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran

Shura no toki, about a martial artist who challenged well known samurais.
Samurai pizza cats

ps. Jubei chan is about ninjas

Thanks for putting up this topic! I also was actually looking forward if there was any other Samurai type anime other than Samurai X, PeaceMaker, and Samurai Champloo. Thank you very much. Now I also can find more samurai type anime.

As far as making this thread no problume glade this helped you also.Well I have Kazemakase Tsukikaze Ran but first I need to finish peacemaker and then I also want to watch Samurai X and Samurai Deeper Kyo. I was wondering how Samurai Deeper kyo was. I've heard it dosen't go into as much character development and all as the manga and kinda leaves things from character's pasts out. Is it better to read the manga first or will it still make enough sense just watching the anime?
