i really enjoyed nassica. if you like movies then you might want to try Spirited Away. It has the same director as nassica i believe. this is my number one pick for you

something that is a little more americanized is appleseed, although its more sci-fi than fantasy. the whole movie is done with cg graphics so it looks really realistic.

there is a computer animated movie called blue remains which i really liked the story on, although the graphics are below-par.

you could always go with inuyasha movies. if you enjoyed the series then you will like the more detail used in the drawings for them movies. the 3rd movie is definitly the bested.

their was a great fantasy series compressed to a movie called Air dvd but i dont know if it was ever released in english.

if you enjoy strangeling your pets you could always watch the ever famous evangalion movies. after you watch them youll know what i mean. it is more of a sci-fi/drama as well.

forgive the horrible grammer and english.

Slayers is a fantastic magic, knights, wizard, dragons, what not fantasy comedy series. There are three series; Slayers, Slayers Next and Slayers Try (in that order), a few movies and specials. If you don't mind the dated animation it's definitely worth your time.

I recommend chrono crusade, the tv show.

Also, not really fantasy, but I highly recommend The Place Promised In Our Early Days.

How about the "Record of Lodoss War" series? Those are very enjoyable, especially if you are/were a fan of Dungeons & Dragons.

Try "The Vision of Escaflowne", it's a great anime that I myself still love to watch. It was made in 1996 though.
