Can someone tell me which anime movie this is?

It was the one where they found a way to harness magic as a science, and compressed it into little bullets/pellets. The pellets would power armor suits and huge gattling cannons that consumed a pellet when shot by chanting and activating a runed circle in front of the gun. Each shot would eject a shell from the armor, but they had a chance of backfiring and turning the user into some sort of abomination. And the main character was like a "rogue" armor suit pilot that the state wanted to shut down, but he was the only one bad @$$ enough to get the job done. I can't think of any names from it and its driving me crazy.

I knew exactly which anime you were talking about, but couldn't for the life of me remember the name, so I search an anime list. The anime you were looking for is Straight jacket, follow the link for the episode.
