Can anyone tell me what happens after the cell games? On toonami they are showing reruns of when Trunks first appeared. Is it just me or have they already shown this. Are they repeating the cell games or what? I want to know what episodes if any happen after the cell games. Can anyone help?

Cartoon Network is rerunning the Android/Cell Saga until they're ready to show the Majin Buu Saga which happens approximately 7 years after the end of Cell.

I haven't seen any of the eps, but the story sounds interesting enough to watch...and I certainly want to see the Majin Vegeta/Goku fights! That and Buu has some cool-looking transformations.

Well, I think the first Trunks ep was shown on Sept 4th...and the Cell Saga ended the beginning of this month. So that's about 3 months of eps...and they've already started rerunning them. So, if they repeat once, and if the new stuff is ready when they're done with the reruns...then we might see the new stuff by April/May. This is pure speculation, though.

I personally think they'll go through it three times (twice reruns) before they're finished. After all, it IS over a hundred episodes, and it took them six months (at least) for 77 episodes to be ready.

I say they'll probably show the heaven's tournament saga, just like they did the Garlic Junior saga, spacing out the main sagas. They'll probably start the sagas after that around September. That's just a guess, though.

Honestly, if I were in a position of power at Cartoon Network/FUNi (one can only dream), I'd do my best at translating the Majiin Buu stuff, but do the whole DBZ movies/Garlic Jr./Blue Sub/Endless Waltz/something new delaying tactics until next September. I don't mind waiting...gives me more time to watch newer anime and not worry about DBZ.
Dragonball is the primary draw to Toonami, I think it's safe to say. Once it's over, there'd better something worthwhile in it's place...otherwise, Toonami's ratings will suffer badly. The longer they stretch out the inevitable, the longer they get to look for suitable replacements...and the longer they can milk America's youth...

What if they dont show the Majin Buu series? If they do, I hope they keep Videl's name, and keep the Great Sayianman, and Gotens name and so on..
